Another way to Astral Projection
With the astral body a person can walk across the sky and the earth.

The first practice

1. Lie on your's room with a dark and quiet room, then slowly close your eyes and keep you relaxed.
2. Do not move but stay relaxed and focused and feel you slowly begin to feel drowsy and began to lose consciousness.
3. Allow this and continue until you feel relaxed floating feeling and then you can feel and hear things around you and enjoy the feeling of it, but you remain in a state of semi-conscious.
4. Then let it continue until you lose consciousness.

Astral TravelThe second practice

1. Before you intend to sleep, will do astral projection and repeat the following sentence in your mind slowly and relax until you fall asleep.
"I will do astral travel. I will allow myself to fall asleep but I'll take a walk with me wherever I go. I will take my body with full consciousness and back again afterwards."
2. Do this every night until you manage to do astral travel.

The third practice

1. Set your alarm at 6:00 am and sleep at 10 or 11 nights.
2. Then when you wake up at 6 am, doing activities such as watching television, playing computer, etc.. For 20-30 minutes until you feel completely awake.
3. Then back to the room you sleep then lay and close your eyes, but you try to stay awake.
4. When you feel yourself floating or spinning in circles to enjoy the sensation you feel unable to move, and like anyone wants to get out of your body, leave it until you are successful in removing your astral body. Do this for several days until you succeed.

The fourth practice

1. Meditate for 1 hour in the morning
2. Then when you want to sleep intended to astral projection
3. Then with your eyes closed imagine you're doing astral projection (imagine your body into two).
4. When you begin to lose consciousness and very sleepy subconscious to tell you that: "I will do astral travel"
5. Repeat the sentence while imagining you are doing astral projection until you actually sleep. And that's when you will do astral travel.

The fifth practice

1. You must make sure managed to do astral and eliminate your fear
2. Then before going to bed intending to do astral projection and you close your eyes, counting 1-100.
3. Then when it reaches the 100 open your eyes for 5 seconds then close it again and again count on 1-100. then open it again for 5 seconds.
4. Do it over and over until you feel tired and lost consciousness.
5. You will do astral travel.

  • Take a breath and exhale 90%, then take a breath from that point and remove it.
  • Take a breath and exhale 1%, then take a breath from that point and remove it.
  • Take a breath and exhale 100%, then take a breath from that point and remove it.
  • Take a breath and exhale 30%, then take a breath from that point and remove it.
  • Take a breath and exhale 20%, then take a breath from that point and remove it.
3. Breathe naturally for 5 minutes

4. Open your eyes and intend to do astral projection. Allow your body to relax and stay down until you enter a very relaxed state, or half asleep. At that time you experience the sensation of spinning or movement of energy in the body that wants to get out. If your body in half then you just control your astral body to walk.

To return to your physical body, just give suggestions / wishes to return. Astral travel is travel in the dimension of beauty, you can see other creatures, there is light (angels) who follow you during astral travel.
